Clear-Vu Auto Glass

I highly recommend this place...was there to have my glass swapped my appointment was for 3 and I get there at 2:30 and they take my car and have it done in about 20 minutes I was very impressed and not to mention the price very reasonable and fair couldn't ask for more.

They were very very friendly and fast with my car window, it didn't take 20 minutes & I was done! I appreciate these kind people!!

Left my car in the parking lot overnight. Came back to a brand new windshield. These people are the best. I didn't even need a windshield, (kidding ) but in all seriousness, dropped a car off there the other day and they had it back incredibly fast. Fantastic service!

Highly recommend this place! My parents have been coming here for a very long time, and I had one vehicle’s windshield replaced a few years ago. I have never had a bad experience, not even today today. I came in to replace my Tesla windshield. It came out great as always! Cameras and everything were adjusted as it was before. We had purchased a truck at Sewell in Andrews, it had a cracked windshield. They got Clear-vu to replace it, nine months after truck started rattling. A couple of weeks later it rained and we had leaking coming from the top. they were great and send someone out pretty quick. When they came out here with a couple of guys, one of the guys goes another Ford? they applied glue and the rattling stop TEMPORARILY. I called about leaking two months later, when i contacted them a second time they acted like they didn't have any records of doing the job, or the subsequent "fix" they told me to have Sewell contact me about the replacement, which is odd because at the time we were within the one year warranty period, So I reached out to Sewell about contacting them after getting a runaround for weeks, the Sewell people say they reached out to clear-vu and they should take care of it. I called clear vu, they told me to call Mike, I called mikes contact number that was given to me he told me to call the office. Repeat this process a few times until we were out of the warranty period. Based on my Experience with them I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy The fact that the repair tech said " another ford" leads me to believe that they A) don't use OEM windshields B) don't know how to properly install them c) they know they had subpar quality windshields and knew they were faulty. The runaround and lack of accountability by clear vu is LEGENDARY
