Crash Champions Collision Repair Davenport

I have worked with a lot of body shops over 42 years of owning a car dealership. Crash Champions is the best I have dealt with. I took a hood in to be painted and they got me In quickly and had the hood painted way ahead of schedule. And did a great job. I definitely would recommend them. Dan and all the staff accurately care about the customers. Oh and the price ended up less than expected Bonus!

The team at Crash Champions did a phenomenal job. Super staff that kept me up to date on the status of my car and helped me get a rental when my insurance company didn’t understand I didn’t have my car. The car looks great and I would recommend them to anyone. Great staff and great work are hard to find! I would recommend them to anyone.

I trusted them to paint the hood on my truck due to rock chips. They matched paint seamlessly with an 18 year old paint job on my 1979 f150.

I had a very disappointing experience with Crash Champions in Davenport. After bringing my truck in following an accident, I informed them about warning messages related to the 4x4 system and traction control. However, they were not aware of these issues until I mentioned them myself, and even then, they seemed to doubt my concerns. I also reported that my center console had been flickering since the crash, but that concern did not appear to be taken seriously. When I picked up my vehicle the first time, they had installed the wrong headlight on the repaired side. This required an additional week to correct. When I finally got the truck back again, I immediately noticed more serious issues—while driving, the braking felt unsafe, requiring me to press the brakes much harder than normal to slow down. Additionally, the hood is uneven on both sides, which clearly reflects poor repair quality. To make matters worse, I was told that the mismatched lug nuts (from the replaced tire) would be corrected, but that has not been resolved. Overall, the workmanship and attention to detail were far below expectations. I am not satisfied with the repairs or the service I received, and I am currently considering legal action due to the condition my vehicle was returned in.

A few times now, my husband and I have had work done on our vehicles at Crash Champions in Davenport. Every time, we were very satisfied with the quality of work done, the communication with the employees, and the cost. We recommend this body shop and would patronize them again if we ever need future work completed.
