I’ve had work done here before and just dropped my car off from a fender bender. The customer service and workers are always great. They make sure the rental car is there on time and make it easy to drop off your car. This time I worked with Steven and he was really helpful with the process. He took me in as a drive in and I didn’t wait long at all. They work well with your insurance company too.

The Crash Champions team was very fast and professional. Hannah at the front desk is the nicest person in the world! They updated us with text notifications of all the repairs and even got our Bronco done before their estimated time. They sent photo updates of the repairs and were super helpful. 11/10 I can’t wait to get in a vehicle accident to use them again!! :)

They did a superb job on my front grill and bumper, and they did it in record time. They also detailed my entire car before it was ready to be picked up, which was a great surprise. My car looks wonderful. They seem very professional. Would 100% recommend.

Got into an accident where t-boned another car and had to come to Crash Champions through the guys insurance. They kept my car for a whole month just to fix my front bumper, left headlight , and a few other things inside. The day I got it back my dashboard started ticking when I turned my air on. Called them about it and they said it wasn’t caused by the accident. Then my check engine light came on about a possible leakage, or my gas tank was open. Long story short they rigged my car, glued some parts together they shouldn’t have and now I have to replace my thermometer and thermometer house. 0/10
