Crash Champions Collision Repair Post Falls

I brought my truck in for repairs due to an accident I was involved in. Mel was my repair tech and was absolutely amazing and easy to work with, she answered all my questions (even the unrelated ones) and was nothing but nice and courteous the entire time. Would recommend Mel and Crash Champions to anyone in the future. They really turned a bad scenario into a pleasant experience. Thank you Mel!!!

My vehicle looks so much better than when I dropped it off. The team here was polite and helpful and did a great job. Our old van feels and looks like a new van. Thanks

I am so impressed with this company. constant follow up text messages on the status of the SUV. They help you set up your rental connection. They were very professional, and my car was done as soon as all the parts came in. No delays on their part. My SUV looks brand new. i will continue to use them if needed. Sonya was so patient and knowledgeable. she is a true asset to her company.

Went in to get some body damage fixed on my 2024 Toyota Tacoma about a month ago. At first it was great but it went to crap at the end. I was gone for work and when I came home I noticed a bunch of stuff messed up on my car. They left a big Scratch on my passenger side headlight, didn’t plug back in my blinker and then someone cut into my window tink and glass on my passengers side window. They also left a stain on my back seat that wasn’t there when I dropped it off and it has a foul smell in it. When I called about it they said it “had to go through a manager”. Come on, I just got it back and it wasn’t like that when I dropped it off to you guys. It should have more scratches and stains on it. You guys need to learn how to take care of people. I’m beyond mad, that was my car and it hurt my resale value even more. I would think twice before you go to crash champions auto repair.
