Dale's Texas Auto Glass

I had an incredibly reckless and aggravating experience with Dale’s Auto Glass in Amarillo. While driving, he blatantly failed to yield the right of way, at a yield sign nearly causing a serious rear-end collision behind me. When I called him to discuss it, he shockingly told me he had no obligation to yield because I had yet to use my turn signal. This is a blatant misinterpretation of the law—drivers must yield behind yield signs and not advance into oncoming traffic, regardless of signaling. His appalling lack of professionalism and total disregard for road safety, especially when you consider his one-star reviews for failing to even show up or overcharging customers, make it impossible for me to trust his professionalism or safe driving judgment.

Dale did my front winshield for my chevy silverado.He did very Nice job and came to house to do.

Dale was late multiple times, saying he’d show up at 11 when he showed up 4. Brought the wrong window then apparently it was my job to let him know about any aftermarket installs I had in my car, but after getting my car back my stars didn’t work due to a wire he cut. Then he blames me for my broken windshield that I paid him to fix for being in the way. As well as a missing clip. After exposing this to him he hung up in my face.

Dale is a committed and honored gentleman. Great service, communication and very polite. 100/10. Even with bad weather he was able to replace our semi-truck's windshield.

I am impressed by the value that Dale’s offers! I needed the front windshield replaced on my 2011 Ford F150. I called several places in town and Dale’s beat them all on price It was able to get us scheduled for the following day. Unfortunately, due to circumstances out of his control, he had to reschedule, but he communicated this with us ahead of time. He was able to get it done the following morning. He was quick, professional, kind, and very friendly. He also offers a warranty on his workmanship and free rock chip repairs. Now I ecstatically recommend Dale‘s auto glass to anyone needing his services.
