Excellent and quick service. Got a chip my windshield on I-64 in January. Had safelite “repair” it and while I was there (~1 hour) witnessed 3 people come in with serious complaints about their windshield replacement. Needless to say, when my repair failed I knew I could not trust safelite. I heard good things about Danny’s and their reputation stands true. They got me in quickly and efficiently and my replacement is as good as (if not better than) new. All my cameras and sensors works and there is not wind or whistling. Thank you, Danny’s!!

Was blown away by the good nature of the people let alone by the quality of their work! They were willing to go the extra mile so I could fix a window in a timely manner and make my 10 year old feel a little less bad about causing its rapid deconstruction. Highly recommend

By 1:45, I was playing “Customer Service Hold Music Bingo.” At 2:45, I drove to the location just to confirm that yes, indeed, I was ghosted harder than a bad Tinder date. I asked for a manager. He was “on a Zoom call.” I guess that’s corporate speak for “hide until the angry customer leaves.” After multiple no‑calls, no‑shows, and one more round of empty apologies, I told Safelite to lose my number like an ex who still owes you money. Enter Danny’s Auto Glass - the hero we deserve. I called yesterday, expecting more nonsense, and instead they said, “We have a spot tomorrow morning.” I arrived early, mentally preparing for the next episode of Customer Service Trauma. I dropped off my truck, and before I could finish my morning energy drink, boom - they were already working on it. An hour later, they called: “It’s done.” No drama, no reschedule, no script reading. Just done. Three signatures later, I’m out the door with a perfect windshield and my sanity restored. The plus? The tech even noticed something funky with my truck’s drivetrain. He thought it felt like 4WD when it wasn’t. Instead of ignoring it, he brought it up - because at Danny’s, they pay attention to things other than their lunch break. It was just an actuator that got stuck briefly and I was grateful he brought it up. So yeah, Safelite broke my trust (twice), but Danny’s fixed my windshield and my faith in small business competence. If you’re tired of corporate chaos and want actual human beings doing actual work, just skip the giant chain and go straight to Danny’s. It’s not just auto glass… it’s redemption.

Danny's just replaced my windshield for me after a not great experience with Safelite. They were all so nice to work with and so friendly and I was in and out in an hour. It was a fantastic experience and I certainly recommend them highly!!!

Very good experience coordinating with my car insurance to file a claim for getting my windshield replaced. I didn't have to do much besides provide my policy number and Danny's handled the rest. They were able to fit me in quickly and the whole appointment only took about an hour. They calibrated my sensors and everything. Would absolutely recommend them.
