Decker Glass

A windshield they installed leaked so I arranged for them to come fix it. I also had a pickup that needed its windshield replaced. I set it up for both to be fixed on monday, March 16th. When they didn't show up I called to see if they were coming and was told its to cold so we rescheduled for the following monday the 23rd. We'll they called me and informed me they were short staffed and needed to reschedule again. So we put it to today March 30th. I came up here again ( I live in Colorado but trucks are here). To have to call them to see when they would be here. Now they just left and all they did to fix the leak was smear more black stuff around on inside. Even if that stops it from leaking inside, it will trap water and cause corrosion. And to top it off they didn't bring the other windshield so they couldn't fix my pickup. With no care or concerns of how much of my time and fuel it has taken to keep coming up here, they said we will need to reschedule the glass replacement for the pickup. I have been super patient and understanding but im done. Beware they do sub quality work and have no respect for your time.

I was able to get an appointment to replace my pickup windshield for the day after I called. Dropped the truck off at 8:30 and picked it up at 11:30. I was very pleased with the price and found the workers to be friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process was quick and easy.

My rear window needed replacing and they were noticeably cheaper than the few other places I called. They also were willing to work with me even though I called on Monday and Wednesday was Christmas eve. I dropped it off Tuesday evening and Brittney left a message just after 8am Wednesday morning to let me know it was done! She was wonderful to work with and I'm grateful for their price, flexibility, and speed. Would definitely recommend and will be keeping them in mind if I need anything else replaced in the future 👍🏼 One thing to know is there's a 4% charge for cards, so bring cash or check if you want to avoid that. They were still a fair amount cheaper than the next lowest quote 😊

Outstanding customer service. It was a bit of a headache for them to get my windshield in but Miss Brittney worked me into their schedule with ease. Fredrick and Eddie did a phenomenal job paying attention to detail and taking pride in their work while installing my new windshield in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend this place over any other. Great folks to do business with.

Highly recommend Decker Glass in Cheyenne, WY! Not only did they get me in quickly for an appointment, but they also came to me! My windshield was cracked and spidering quickly, but Decker glass assured me they could come to me and fix the situation quickly! They weren't wrong!! The lady I spoke with at the desk, Brittany was friendly and quick to help me get scheduled for an appointment that worked with my schedule. She even commented on my dinosaur seat covers when I spoke with her to pay for my new windshield. Eddie and Nico were the guys that installed the new windshield, and not only did they do a fantastic job with the glass as you can see in the picture, but they took the time to instruct me on when and how to take off the securing tape, and even how to take care of my new windshield to ensure it lasted longer. Decker Glass provided outstanding customer service I won't be taking my business anywhere else but here from now on! THANK YOU, DECKER GLASS OF CHEYENNE! I was SHOCKED when I got into my car afterwards, the glass was fit so nicely and was so clean it didn't even look like there was anything there!
