I had an outstanding experience at Delaware Auto Glass! They repaired a stone chip in my windshield quickly, efficiently, and with true professionalism. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. As an added bonus, there was a beautiful golden retriever at the shop who made the visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Delaware Auto Glass to anyone in need of windshield repair or replacement. You couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I called after waking up to a tree branch on my windshield. They were able to get me in same day and had me in and out within a couple hours. Very affordable pricing compared to other big brands out there. I would absolutely use these guys again. Friendly, reliable and affordable.

Had a cracked window in my 2017 freightliner Cascadia. They not only had my window in stock but it was changed faster than ordering food at a fast food restaurant. Extremely quick service.

I was told my windshield service would take about 1.5 hours, but after 2.5 hours, they were still working on the recalibration. They estimated for another hour… Had I known it would take this long, I would not have waited at the shop. It also seemed that they were overbooked, as several other customers had to reschedule because the delays conflicted with their other obligations. Better communication about realistic wait times would have made a big difference. On a positive note, the waiting room is nice and comfortable. Will report back the replacement quality. *****Update***** Update: The quality of the windshield replacement and recalibration is good. Based on the work itself, I think the job deserves five stars. I tried to be fair in my original review. My concern was about communication regarding the unexpectedly long wait, not the quality of the work. In fact, after seeing that the work was done well, I was originally planning to revise my rating to four stars. However, the owner’s response to my review was rude and unprofessional. Customers should be able to raise a reasonable concern about wait-time estimates without being offended. Considering the good quality of the work, the poor communication, and the owner’s response, I believe three stars is a fair overall rating.

Great customer service. Great price. Great turnaround time. Poor clean up. A lot of debris from my windshield replacement was left in my car. Would have gave 5 stars! Still worth the service.
