Drivesense

In my 84 years on this earth I have never met people this caring and helpful as the guys at the Drivesense shop in MIllersville, TN. The shop is extremely clean and everybody working there went out of there way to help me. The repair was fast and at a very reasonable rate. I can only highly recommend and certainly will be back for any future car repair work that might come along. Manny

Mr. Troy was an exemplary example of what you’d expect from an auto technician that knows his craft. Price was a little higher than I’ve paid before, but still was worth it for knowing my vehicle was in good hands. I’ll be coming back as long as they have employees like Mr. Troy. Well had to have maintenance done Troy did a great job he told me there were a few things that would need to be addressed next oil change and explained everything he did and his findings. I just bought a used car and I’ll be taking it there to DriveSense so Troy can look it over as well as do a 50k maintenance on it. Excellent work

I had a great experience here. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. I appreciated the clear communication and the overall service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable vehicle maintenance.

I had a very costly repair that needed to be done on my vehicle. I was referred to DriveSense by other mechanics, because they happened to be the only ones around that could replace the power steering rack and reprogram it too. I was told that they had dealership type equipment, and they did. I am very pleased with my service. Everything was explained and very thorough. On the inspection provided to show issues, pictures of everything were taken and provided. Nothing was done to the vehicle before I approved it. I have only driven it home, but it definitely drove like new! I will definitely be back for future repairs.

The experience was amazing. They really do go above and beyond expectation when it comes to customer service that nowadays is very rare. I had a 9 o’clock appointment for Monday morning. I reached out On a Sunday evening, hoping to drop my car off early to avoid the heavy traffic. Immediately, I received a phone call back and was able to drop my vehicle off that Sunday evening. was greeted with a smile. And from there, it just got better. I was updated on the findings of what was wrong with the vehicle. I was sent photos and prices on repairs of several items and was not pressure into having the repairs done right away. if you’re looking for affordable, honest service to be done on your vehicle, this is it.
