Ed's Auto Glass Repair

I had an appointment at 1 pm to replace the automatic window motor and regulator on the driver side window and I was about a half hour early just to make sure I found the place okay. They immediately started working a few minutes after I arrived and were finished within 45 minutes or so. My window works like it was brand new and they even cleaned the tape residue off my window from where I was using duct tape to keep it held up in place. I highly recommend this place. And don't forget to say hello to Chip. Although he might be asleep when you greet him.

Had an amazing experience with Ed’s Auto Glass in Spartanburg! They replaced my windshield and completed the ADAS calibration on my vehicle the same day. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the whole process. The shop was extremely clean and the quality of work was top notch. If you need windshield replacement, auto glass repair, or calibration services in the Upstate SC area, I highly recommend Ed’s Auto Glass. Great customer service, fast turnaround, and everything was done correctly the first time!

5 stars! Ed's Auto Glass did an excellent job replacing my windshield. Ed himself was very reasonable, straightforward, and honest—no upselling or nonsense. He was prompt with scheduling and completed the work quickly and professionally. Best of all, he handled the entire insurance claim process smoothly, so I didn't have to deal with any hassle. The new glass looks perfect, and the price was fair compared to others. If you're in the area (or even willing to travel for quality service), I highly recommend Ed's—great people, great work! Will definitely use them again if needed.

Had a crack form in my semi truck windshield and needed an emergency replacement. The guys at Ed's were able to get someone out same day and get it done. Took their time and did quality work and was said I'd be good to go to hit the road the next morning. Grateful for these guys and their mobile service worker Vitali (Probably butchered the spelling). They did mention if I had any issues that they would pull the glass out and reset it if needed, but hopefully that won't be the case. These guys about a year or two ago also replaced the side glass in my 2003 Escalade with no issues and it was still holding like a champ when I sold it a couple of years later. Can't recommend this place enough for anyone needing glass repair or replacement!

Ed’s Auto Glass is hands down the best glass shop around. Absolutely the best service, fast communication, ridiculously clean lobby, and super fast turnaround. Pleasant staff were courteous and helpful. I had them replace windshields on 2 vehicles, and both were done same day with the utmost care. New air fresheners added and had them replace wipers at a great price. No hassle with insurance as well. Give them a call before calling any other shops, you will not be disappointed! Ed and the team, keep up the great work!!
