Express Auto Glass went above and beyond my expecations. A rock chipped my windshield on a Saturday afternoon. I was worried about the windshield splintering due to the appearance of the chip. I called Express Auto Glass and Steven checked to see if his father was still at the shop. He was not so Steven offered to meet me right away not far from where I was to address the chip. Steven filled the chip very quickly and professionally. He was extremely courteous and helpful, offering advice if I ultimately decide to replace my windshield. I was very impressed by Steven. It is refreshing that this family-owned business really understands how to treat their customers.
