Fantastic customer service at Extreme Auto Glass! I had a recurring issue with my windshield, but Jonathan and the team went the extra mile to finally get it fixed right. Extreme Auto Glass came highly recommended by a friend in the automotive industry, and they absolutely lived up to the recommendation. From start to finish, the entire team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. After an Q7 Audi windshield installation, I noticed a small cosmetic issue. Rather than making excuses or giving me the runaround, they immediately took ownership of the situation and took the initiative to make it right. What really impressed me was their customer service. They picked my vehicle up from my workplace, resolved the issue, and returned it the same day. That's the kind of service that's becoming harder and harder to find. The quality of their work and their commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. A stark contrast to some of the experiences I've had with local Safelite locations. This tint was provided by the Honda dealership and this has been a difficult day of waiting for a "free" tint. I was told it would take 2-4 hours which was at the limit of leaving my 90 year old father alone while I waited at the shop. I'm in my 5th hour and still at the shop. I'm hungry and thirsty and didn't expect to wait this long. The staff doesn't seem to know which car has people waiting and I overheard a conversation that my car was only halfway done at 11:45..... or after 3 hours and 45 minutes of waiting. The front staff said it would be 30 more minutes (that was at noon). It's 30 minutes later and she said it would be another 30 minutes. I'm extremely disappointed in this Extreme Tint business. Their waiting area is also extremely uncomfortable with a "couch" that breaks your back. There are no drinks unless you want to pay for non-sugar free soda. Also, I suspect everyone is at lunch which is why this is taking so long. My advice: go elsewhere if you want to be respected and appreciated and to be treated like your time is valued by a business. I should have paid to have a more reliable business do this work and not go where Honda takes their cars. Do not go here.

I took my 2024 Corvette to Extreme Auto Glass for a tint, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Randy and his team did an excellent job—the precision and quality of the work are top-notch. Beyond the craftsmanship, their customer service was standout; they really listen to what you need and handle everything with care. Great pricing and even better people. I highly recommend them if you want the job done right! FYI I got the two side windows done on a 15% XPEL Ceramic, I will definitely come back to get the Windshield done later.
