Factory Auto Glass

My service needed to be pushed back a day because of their lack of manning and the weather acting up. But Taylor came the next morning and did a great job. He was very kind and professional and had great communication skills. The ladies in the office weren't so much, I felt like they came off rude, esp with their tone of voice. I spoke to them several times, and each time came off poorly - they always interrupted me before I could finish my introduction, and don't seem to enjoy their jobs. At least I don't think working the phone is a job they should be doing, I only chose this place because they were a local business, and they gave the better price. I'm just disappointed in the customer service from the office, it made me feel uncomfortable the rest of the day instead of grateful that I got my windshield fixed. Taylor was the silver lining, but I probably should have gone somewhere else based on interactions with the office ladies alone.

I'm in the auto industry, I've worked with many glass companies, and these guys are by far the best at it. Price is competitive if you need to come out of pocket, timing is great, and mobile service is very convenient. I've had confidence in every tech they've sent out.

I had an excellent experience with Carlos Medina at Factory Auto Glass. He replaced the windshield on my 2024 BMW 330i, and the entire process was professional from start to finish. Carlos was punctual, knowledgeable, and took great care with my vehicle. The installation was flawless, and he made sure everything was calibrated and working properly before leaving. It’s not easy trusting someone with a newer BMW, but Carlos exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail, workmanship, and customer service were outstanding. If you need auto glass replacement done right, I highly recommend Carlos Medina and Factory Auto Glass. Thank you again for the top-notch service!

I had a great experience with this Factory Auto Glass . I called and they were able to come out and replace my windshield the very next day. The entire process was easy, quick, and completely hassle free. Everyone I spoke to at the office was very friendly and helpful. The technician, Nate, was professional, informative, and got the job done quickly. He made everything simple and stress free. Job well done. I highly recommend them!

Got my windshield replaced a bit ago and these guys did awesome job, especially with moving all my stickers over. The first go around the glass came broke, so it only took an extra day but it was still pretty fast all things considered. Not too expensive either.
