Fas-Break Auto Glass

THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! I took my truck in to have the windshield replaced. Called them up the day before and gave them the VIN to the truck pulled up my exact make and model and the guys told me yeah no problem we will get it done. They next day when they brought it back I look in the truck to find my trim in the cup holder and half the old glue and broken parts all over the dash. When I called them and asked what the deal was they proceeded to tell me it was my problem somehow someone before them put the wrong windshield in. I know that's not true as im the original owner of the truck and this is the first windshield I have had to replace on it. So I called a few different glass shops and asked them for the windshield part number. They all gave me the same number off the same VIN I gave them. When I called them back and asked them to make it right. They said it was my fault. Even after giving them the VIN a second time and them verifying that the windshield they put in is not the right one. I was told its my fault, that I gave them the wrong VIN even though it pulled up the exact year make and model. This is now multiple vehicles I have taken here with issues. One with programing and one a completely wrong windshield. Not to mention if you want you vehicle back clean. Take your stuff somewhere else. Don't go here. Save yourself a headache. What a joke.

Do not choose fasbreak. I took my vehicle in for a windshield repair. They broke the camera heater wire during the repair and then tried to say it was broken when we brought the vehicle in. Toyota charged $800 for the repair. Toyota stated the damage occurred during the windshield repair. After arguing with Kody he only agreed to pay for half of the repair. I will never go to fasbreak again!
