First Coast Mobile Glass

They did a great job across the board. They kept me updated on their plans, worked with my insurance company to make it very easy, did all the necessary calibration and even got me a windshield from the original equipment manufacturer. Highly, highly recommend!!!

I want to give a big shout out to Grif with First Coast Mobile Glass! This is the second time I have used his service with my cars. Last week I needed them but had a very short window of time due to a long road trip to Colorado My husband was about to do for Sunday. Grif made it work. His professionalism and customer service was TOP NOTCH!!!! If you need work done don’t go anywhere but here. You will be well taken care of.😊 Thank you Grif!

These guys came fast, did a perfect job on all three of my vehicles. 2 yr old truck, 1 yr old car and 26 yr old Jeep windshield replacements. Gave me a bundled discount and were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They are local and will work with your insurance for you. The installer has been installing most of his life so he knew exactly what to look for before problems came up with my newer vehicles and their calibration needs. Great friendly customer service and I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Grif and Jason are amazing to work with. I called on a Monday about having my windshield replaced due to damage from a rock hitting the window. Grif walked me through how to file the claim with GEICO on the app. He explained how the process worked with GEICO and he was spot on!! I got approval from GEICO quickly. Grif was able to get the part for replacement the following morning. Jason did a terrific job replacing the windshield and Grif came right behind him to recalibrate. I highly recommend this awesome team!

I had a fantastic experience with First Coast Mobile Glass when they replaced my windshield. Although my insurance company has a national contract with Safelite, Safelite cancelled my appointment 3 different times and made it practically impossible to speak with a human being, An online search led me to First Coast Mobile Glass and what a relief. Grif called me right away and put me on their schedule. He also coordinated directly with my insurance company, and made sure to get the same brand of windshield that my car originally came with. Dan performed the installation in my driveway and Grif arrived minutes later to do the calibration process. The whole experience was as easy as could be and everyone was extremely professional. Five stars and many thanks!
