In 40 yrs of driving this is my first windshield replacement. Wasn’t sure how the process would go, but I am very pleased with the staff and technician that took great care of my vehicle.

Glass America installed a rear driver side odd-shaped window. The silver trim had separated from the window and it was one assembly so I had to get the whole window replaced. The staff person looked up the part based on the insurance quote and found that there was not an exact replacement for my 2016 Rogue. He said the part was tinted and showed me the code so I would understand. Then he said he would go to the warehouse in Greensboro so that I could get my window replaced the next day. We set the appointment for 10 am the next day. I came in the next day, my car was serviced in a little less than an hour. It looks so good, I have been driving around like I am driving a new ride. Such a small thing, but it has made me smile. Honestly, I had for sale signs on my car when I came in seeking service. The next day, I took the for sale signs off of the windows Thank you, Glass America. I appreciate the work and it was very affordable too.

The service tech was very friendly & professional. He drove out to my job to get the work done & it was really quick. Cane was the service tech. He was awesome. I recommend Glass America.
