Glass America - Auto Glass Repair & Windshield Replacement

Glass service was scheduled for Wednesday morning, no one called me for my appointment and upon calling the office about this the technician said he wasn’t going to get to me that day and would be to me tomorrow. I had planned my whole work schedule around what we had discussed when making the appointment so it was very frustrating. Almost seemed pointless to make an appointment in the first place if they aren’t even going to show up or notify you that they aren’t able to show up. Thursday they come and fix my windshield and replace my wiper blades. Service was quick and the guys were nice enough. But then I went to use my brand new windshield wipers and the wipers they installed clip against the top edge of the hood of my car. So I had to make ANOTHER appointment to have them come back to look at it/replace these wipers that do not fit in my car. I thought having them bring the service to me would be stress free and a nice amenity but I should have just went somewhere else because this has been nothing but stressful and an inconvenience to my time. Update after second appointment: the technician communicated great about when he would be arriving and did actually arrive at that time. Found the issue with my wiper blades and fixed it for me all before I had to go into work today. This is the great customer service I read about online. It is unfortunate how my experience started with this company but in the end they made everything okay.

Joseph did an outstanding job replacing a windshield in our Rav 4 XLE with calibration. He worked his schedule around ours to accommodate us. I highly recommend Glass America, I can guarantee they will take care of you with the best price and experience.

Glass America gave me one of the best, most honest customer experiences I've ever had. Visited on a Friday and had 2000 miles of travel scheduled within the next week with an tight window of time to get our windshield replaced before we took off- Glass America came through huge and got it fixed within an hour. Their cost was also incredibly reasonable, especially compared to some of the more mainstream brands we researched. Cannot recommend them more.

Glass America was great to work with from scheduling the appointment to handing them a check and everything in between. They were able to work me in and gave me a great price. Kyle, the tech, was exceptional. He communicated with me to let me know when he was coming and then when he finished the job before mine to let me know he was on his way. He explained what he was doing and how long it would take. I couldn’t be more pleased with the job they did. I highly recommend them and will be to all my family and friends.

I had my work van’s front windshield replaced by Glass America, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. What really stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond, they even adjusted their schedule to accommodate mine, which made the whole process incredibly convenient. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. The installation itself was top-notch. The windshield looks perfect, and you can tell they take pride in doing quality work. If you’re looking for reliable, professional, and customer-focused service, I highly recommend Glass America. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!
