Jill, The rep from Glass America provided such a great & stress free process. Jill kept me updated & informed on the status of my claim, & throughout the whole process. Casey was the repair tech that came out to my home. He was professional, a great communicator and job well done. He even put the inspection sticker back on there so neatly with no peeling.
