Friendly, good communication, and did a great job replacing my windshield. I waited for my car in the office and saw how busy they were, with numerous people coming in. They were organized and well staffed to deal with the volume. Recommend!

Left glass already on the windshield now it refined 223 $ tint shop. They also broke my wiper arm buy not tightening it up if I could post video I would have posted that to. They refused to take accountability. Just say there no glow left on yes i just keep water proof windshield glew in my truck. This company a joke. So far they costed me 117$ for wiper arm 20$ for fuel to pick it up and 223$ windshield tint. I would stay far away I am already filling a small claim law suit with them just incase there war department dose nothing they promise me Thursday someone would call me back they have not yet. STAY FAR AWAY from them. Up date my windshield is not sealed and leaking so far rewin my head liner shorted out 220$ electrical module and it's about to short out again. Friday was told the reginal manger would call me back never did. I'm just going to file the law suit for thousands of dollars in damages. Up date came out to re sealnit got sealant on top of the tint and refined the tint buy pulling on wet riped liner now my head liner is separating. Vary poor quality work dealing with these people are like pulling teeth a c control module that got fried 220$ wiper blade arm $117 tint $223 just for parts New head liner is $2370 plus labor My flood has water damage now that is $990 If you wanna get the ring around deal with paying for out of pocket damages for weeks come here Up date they replace the windsheild water test no leaks. Want to get replacement parts off amazon I bought oem for parts that they broke they wanna be cheep. Was also told they would renburst me for parts out of pocket that I also paid for after they replace the windshield telle 10 to 15 days I don't have faith in that when i was told it would be taken care of today.

Customer service booked an appointment. Found an error in my claim and no one confirmed or told me anything about it. I drove my vehicle to them putting my life at risk and once I got there I had no appointment and was informed there was an error in my claim. Mind you I spoke to someone to book the appointment and no specific questions were asked about the claim. I was booked and called was done after that. The gentleman at their shop instead of helping me gets all defensive, isn’t even interested in helping me, and stands and stares at me instead. I called to see if anyone could help me and the gentleman in the line was as careless as the one in the shop. Sorry, but you’ll have to wait till tomorrow like it’s okay for me to drive the vehicle in the condition I did once again. Shame on them for treating people the way I got treated. Not even an apology or an effort to help me. I was picking up my parents for the holidays and my back window just chattered(due to the severe cold n a thin-line crack I had). It all happened so fast! Luckily my family is save but I will not recommend this place to anyone.
