Glass America

My overall experience with the company was absolutely amazing! As soon as my insurance company submitted my claim, Glass America contacted me within 10 minutes to schedule my appointment, which immediately showed how efficient and responsive they are. Jimmy and Conner were truly outstanding throughout the entire process. They called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way before the scheduled time slot, which I really appreciated. They actually arrived early, were extremely professional, friendly, and respectful, and made the entire experience stress-free from start to finish. Their customer service and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a company that is both prompt and genuinely caring toward their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services!

Great service .Anthony expert installer.Replaced the windshield on my 2025 BMW X3 M50.

I’ve used them twice now for both my X5 and X3 which required specialty calibration for the heads up display, rain sensors and acoustic glass. The team was extremely helpful, receptive and the quality of work was exceptional. A great experience all around.

We appreciate Jake and Jake! Making our customers claims go smoothly is what good service is all about. Thank you for all you do!

I had an excellent experience & would highly recommend them. They replaced my windshield very quickly & did a great job. I waited for the work to be done in a lovely waiting room with a big screen tv & reading materials. They were also extremely courteous. :)
