Glass America

Like to give a review of services I had done at Glass America. Had a windshield replaced little less than a year ago and that long I noticed a tear on my cars headliner along where a tech ran a tool across to remove the windshield. Called in to ask what they could do if anything. Spoke to a Mike, he sent one of his guys down to take some photos and to assess what could be done. Took my car to a couple MB dealerships to ask about a repair and both said one could be done but that based off where the repair was it would show and not look good. MB Burlington set me up with a repair shop to have the liner replaced. I couldn’t have been treated better and after all that time. Hats off to Mike Hannaford at Glass America, not only did he do the right thing he was a gentleman. Thank you❗️

Went to GA for an insurance windshield replacement on my Civic. Included reattachment and calibration of Honda’s awful advanced safety system. Done in 1.5 hours. No leaks. New glass even has the correct frit pattern. Well done Glass America!

Performed windshield replacement. The installer failed to secure body panels, which fell off while driving. Installer bent clips that attach other body panels. Dented roof of vehicle using crowbar to remove panel that isn't supposed to be removed. They did more damage to my vehicle than the value of what was supposed to be repaired. (Edit) Review changed from 1 to 3 stars. The service was absolutely poor, but the owner of the business paid to have the car repaired. He was honest, and he made it right.

I found 3 local windshield repair options. Your brand had the lowest rating in Google reviews. I read the reviews and decided the negative reviews were possibly unwarranted. I called Portland Glass and waited a long time on hold. I called Manchester NH Glass America. The receptionist was prompt, courteous, reassuring and accurate. The price was good so I didn't bother continuing to shop around. The technician came the next day, in the AM, as I requested. He was courteous and competent. Thanks for the good service and now I have a new windshield!

Help manage a flower delivery business. Had four windshields that needed replacing. The cars run 7 days a week. The service to the first was late, frustrated, but we worked around it. The second, even though promised to arrive early, they called to say it would not be until 1 or 2 pm. Not a way to run a business. They may be cheaper prices, but their service is horrible. They lost my business forever. Went to Glass Pro in Epping. Better service, equal cost. Do NOT recommend anyone use this service.
