Glass America - Mobile Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement

My windshield was hit by a rock on the highway so when I called my insurance company they told me someone from Glass America would be calling me to schedule repair. No sooner did I hang up the phone with insurance company did I get a call from Glass America. The customer service person scheduled me for the following day with a three hour window. Next morning I received a call from Jericho that he would be arriving in 45 minutes. I so appreciated the call and he promptly showed up when promised. I was debating whether or not to repair the windshield verus replacing it. Jericho did explain I might still see some of the lines but the "pit" would be less noticeable if he repaired it. As I had a bad experience 2 years ago with a different company replacing a windshield I decided to go with the repair. Jericho was friendly and efficient and did a good job. Hind sight...I wish I would have replaced the windshield because I still see more of the crack then I expected but that was my bad call and not the fault of the company. I am skeptical too that it wont Crack from the repair but they warranty their work so I am covered. Overall, I would recommend using Glass America as they were responsive and very quick in getting the repair scheduled.

Last week my car was broken into. The thief entered thru my passenger window. I looked around to find a repair shop and Glass America was by far the most affordable. I contacted them Sunday afternoon and they came right out to my place and replaced my glass and cleaned up the mess. I really appreciate them. They did a fantastic job.

The technician who repaired my windshield was courteous and very professional. He was running maybe about 5 mins behind but gave me a call to inform that he would be late. He arrived at the time he said he would, gave detailed info on what he would be doing and what time my car would be ready. When my car was completed he called & texted to let me know I could pick it up. Picking up was just a smooth as dropping it off. My windshield looked great and he didnt leave my car a mess. I would return to this shop again on professionalism alone. Great service.

The technician was friendly, arrived on time, and did excellent work. The window looks perfect now, and the pricing was fair as well.
