Excellent work, very fast, and setting the appointment was easy and everyone was super friendly. The day of the installation, however I didn't receive any phone call until 10 minutes before showing up. Secondly, I came out to see my car after they left and found the door wide open. Both minoe issues, but probably should be addressed

From scheduling to service, I had a 5 star experience. The scheduler was kind and patient. They offer service at their location as well as mobile service that comes to you. I set an appointment at the location itself and chose to wait there. The wait was shorter than anticipated and the worker was very friendly and informative. Great people and amazing customer service. Was scheduled quickly to come to my home and replace my windshield. Due to our crazy weather and rain, I was offered a appt the same day at the shop. I was greeted pleasantly by Dillon, offered a beveage and a place to sit, it was clean. I sat and watched tv and chatted with another customer. The job was finished quickly and within the estimated time frame. From what I can 👀 it is done well. It continues to rain 🌧 😑 and no leaks, wipers clearing. Hope that I never have the need to replace my windshield again, but if I do, I'd surely go to this company again. Thanks Dillon
