Glass America of Grove City - Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement

The tech was great with the installation and all, but the man that we had communicated with at first was wrong on what he told us we needed to do with the Insurance Company and then your head lady took care of it. So you may need a little more training in the front office. Otherwise, the young boy that came out was very professional and knew right what he was doing and did a great job.

Upon arrival, all work was completed & appears to be quality, although it is an after market windshield, not BMW. The tech was professional and appeared skilled. My appointment was scheduled for somewhere between 8 - 12 am, tech did not arrive til around 1pm. The weather may have influenced that arrival time?

Pleasant experience from the call to the tech coming out, only costed me $230 to replace my back window and they came to my house. Tech was super cool and went above and beyond. Even bending my windows frame back into place so it wouldn't whistle and removing all the glass so it wouldn't rattle.

The Tech that came to my place was not only arrived early. Very prompt to answer any questions I had. Was finished in a timely manner. Thank you for everything that was done. Finally nice to look through a windshield without a crack from one side to the other.

Our insurance provider selected Glas America for a repair. They came to my home, and there was plentiful communication about arrival time - both over email and text. Rain made us have to shift an afternoon appointment, but the technician was very flexible. The service was super quick and completed by Brandon. It was a great repair. Thank you!
