Honestly this was such a positive experience from start to finish. Someone broke our car window a week before we were due to leave on a trip. I spoke to Jessica on the phone and she was beyond helpful and accommodating as I was trying to navigate the timing of the issue. They ordered the part and it came earlier than I had expected and before our trip, and Glass America was at our house within the hour. Evan came to fix the window and he was so helpful and pleasant to work with. 10/10 recommend, so happy I chose them.

Great work. Issac was quick and professional in replacing my passenger side window. The original window they installed had a slight defect and they were able get a new on in in a day. I would use them again

Mike was amazing and communicated so well! I realized one morning that my window had been smashed, called Glass America, and they got me in immediately. I dropped my car off at 9am the next day and it was already done by 10am. Mike went above and beyond by vacuuming up all the glass and even tidying up some blankets in a basket that had been rummaged through. Such fast, thoughtful service. Paid out of pocket and it was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Best，friendly, professional and affordable. I like them because on the day my glasses got smashed, the lady there helped vacuumed and the other male person provided me the plastic sheet on the glass so that I can drive. Most importantly, they helped me contact my insurance company and got me ordered for the glass. It only took me 15 minutes for everything. I was frustrated and tired. But they treated me well Certainly, if they provide some deserts and coffee, when my sugar levels are up, I will be much happier. Thanks a million. Allen
