The whole experience was wonderful! I was a given a fair cash price to fill a chip in my windshield since I only have PLPD on my 2007 vehicle. The tech Trevor was great! He texted me in the morning 2 hour window, and let me know when he was on his way. It was great he could do this at my workplace and took less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

Did a good job putting in the windshield, thats about it. This review is going to stay up unless anything is done about it. My experience as a 22y/o woman bringing in her car: I take it in, tech member tells me aftercare, asks me where I would like the keys to be left in the car, and if I need any stickers saved. I say "just in the car is fine, cupholder, whatever, just let me know" then "yes, thank god you said something I NEED this sticker". I even mention it again while leaving. Later I call my father *who has the account* to see how far along it is. Speak of the devil, tech calls him at the same time and he accidentally merges the call. Tech proceeds to ask him "are you sure youre comfortable with ____ your daughter said" "where do you want the keys" "this is what aftercare looks like ect" Why look me in my face and ask me then, if nothing i said mattered?? As if this isnt my car? How degrading. Once we got there to pick it up, there was no sticker in sight. This was a rec park sticker, which i told tech I absolutely needed to get back. *park people will not give you a new one without the old one, luckily park employees say they are easy to remove* So we message and ask why there is no sticker, and tech says "it came off in multiple pieces so we threw it out" 1. You heard your customer tell you she needs this thing. Youre going to throw it out without calling and making sure? 2. Rec park says they are easy to take off, and tech didnt consider anything else I said about keys or aftercare so why start now? Seems to me like it was forgotten about, but that's heresy. As well as taking the liberty to throw it away, no compensation has been offered. If we had received even a speck of the sticker I would not be charged at the park but that's not the case. Ultimately, my problems are in two places. 1-failure to compensate for sticker 2- looking me in my face and asking me questions about my car to disregard all of it and ask someone else about my car, which is again, degrading. If compensation is given this review will be removed. A warning to the ladies in the meantime ♡♡

Great experience with Glass America today. The technician came to my home and replaced my windshield. The tech was very friendly and professional. Their communication was great and the job was completed quickly. I highly recommend this company!!!!

The Sterling Heights location was in a nice, new building. The guy said they have been there since November. The place whole place was super clean, especially the waiting area. I was offered water and coffee. Chairs were comfortable. They completed their work faster than I was quoted. Both the guy at the front desk and the tech that worked on my car, were very nice. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone.
