Cam and Shaundra were great through the entire process and seemed trustworthy. They sourced an aftermarket windshield to keep my costs down. It was installed promptly and looks better than the original glass.

Went in for a simple chip repair. In the process my windshield was broken requiring a complete replacement. The owner of the company was unwilling to provide any financial remedy for the issue so now I am on the hook for the insurance deductible for the replacement. Needless to say I will be taking it to another shop for the replacement.

I recently had my sunroof replaced at Glass Doctor through insurance because it was cracked. Shaundra was excellent at communicating when the part came in and getting me scheduled for what works for me. I dropped my car off in the morning and Shaundra gave me a ride to work and then in the afternoon when it was completed, picked me up. The whole experience was seamless and worry free. Shaundra was excellent!

Shaundra was amazing! Customer service goals! We had to come really early for our appointment, they got us in super quick and out super quick! 10/10 will recommend !

I was able to get my truck in within 24 hours for a chip repair and it took less than 30 minutes and looks amazing. I will definitely be recommending this place to others. They also appear to have a great fleet deal as well if you're in the market.
