Glass Doctor Auto of Midvale, UT

Had an absolutely A+ plus experience, broke the glass sliding window on the side of my 1999 Dodge Ram camper shell which was a more unique piece of glass to try and replace/repair. With skeptical I could even find someone that would work on it, but Matt was very willing and found someone to source some quality lexan that he took to a different location to have it water jet cut to the exact shape of the polycarbonate I had on my other side. Then he tinted it himself to match the appearance of the passenger side. He also helped adjust the original gaskets that hold in the rest of the glass on my shell, repaired cracks in my windshield and made sure everything was adjusted properly for the sliding windows. He stayed after hours and also was very communicative with me during the day calling me multiple times to update me on the piece of lexan being cut so I could coordinate to be back in time before a big rain storm got my shell wet and get my shell back looking great! They didn’t charge me a whole lot, paid less than I expected and got great service and company while I was there.

The glass tech Matt was extremely pleasant and kind. He made sure I had the best price possible and the service was done very quickly. He literally got me in the same day I contacted them. The front desk folks also were very informative about the time that it would take. I didn’t wait very long while they were installing the windshield. Thank you Glass Doctor for great employees and very time affordable service.

Fast! That’s how I describe the service! Although inconveniently located, it is worth the trip to this place for the great service and price! I had a rock chip, and living in Utah means more rock chips! The $75 lifetime plan appealed to me immediately when offered. And guess what? I was a first-time customer, so way to make a great first impression on me!

These guys are great- we use them for our fleet of vehicles for our business. They are prompt to respond, and repair and install really quickly. They are very accommodating when it comes to the sporadic scheduling of our vehicles that often need to change due to being used for deliveries for the business. Everyone I’ve interacted with is friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Greg and his technician at Glass Doctor did an excellent job. From the very first phone call through the final installation, everything was communicated clearly every step of the way. They were professional, punctual, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I also really appreciate that they include rock chip repairs for the life of the windshield, which is a huge added value and can save a lot of money over time. Their pricing felt very fair and competitive as well. Highly recommend! Thank you!
