Glass Doctor Auto of Moorhead

Our appointment was at 8 am and we were in the door and they were working on it before eight. Very clean waiting area with fresh coffee brewing when we arrived. The technician was pleasant and explained the process well. Windshield chip fixed and out the door in 15 minutes. Highly recommend. 👍🏻

Husband and I are driving our sprinter van across the country visiting National Parks, and we had a rock hit our windshield when we were driving east through Montana. The crack was on the edge, meaning the entire windshield was going to need to be replaced. We tried contacting a few different glass places that we'd be passing by on our way over the next few days, but no one was able to perform the replacement. Finally, we called ahead to Glass Doctor in Moorhead, who we'd be passing by several days later, and they were able to schedule us in, aligning perfectly with the time we were planning to spending in Moorhead/Fargo. We assumed this replacement would take a half day minimum, but the team here did it in only a couple of hours. Everyone was super friendly, and the pricing was not bad at all. HUGE thank you to the team here for helping us out and doing so in such a quick and efficient manner!

Started out as an insurance claim, 4/12/26. Fantastic install and quick. Headed out on trip in North Dakota @ 80/mph and heard a buzz noise like a bumble bee. Stopped at shop a week later and all 3 guys investigated and fixed. So we thought. After a month or so, again I was on high speed interstate. Buzz came back. Stopped at the shop and 1 of the guys rode in vehicle and noticed that I was wrong as to where sound was coming from. Today 7/27/26, the shop is repairing the issue. The insurance company paid initial cost and there were no further charges ever. Super Great shop and guys in Moorhead,MN.

My windshield got chipped on Hwy 10 just outside of Moorhead. I called Glass Doctor of Moorhead and they got my vehicle in right away. They fixed the chip quickly and got me back on the road. That's what I call service.

After a horrible experience with another glass repair company, Glass Doctor was the complete opposite. They got us in the same day we called and repaired our windshield chip in 15 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and professional. This is definitely the place to go for all your glass care needs.
