Glass Doctor of Amarillo

We had a horrible incident happen when coming home from Albuquerque, NM to Joplin, MO when on I-40 we were in truck traffic and the 18-wheeler in front of us ran over a big hunk of tire and shot it at our windshield.shattering it. I called several places along I-40 to no avail, then checked along I-40 in Amarillo and called the Glass Doctor. The gentleman I talked to was so nice and compassionate regarding our personal safety. He took my information and verified they had a windshield that would fit my vehicle and told us to come on in. We were around 3 hours away and when we showed up they got us in right away. They had a very comfortable waiting area offering drinks, cable tv etc. They did a fantastic job installing my windshield, cleaning up all the glass, and their customer service was great. We would highly recommend them if you are ever in Amarillo, TX.

I had a great experience with Glass Doctor in Amarillo. They repaired a crack on my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and the entire process was professional from start to finish. The staff was friendly, straightforward, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The quality of the repair looked excellent afterward, and they treated the vehicle with care while working on it. The shop was organized, communication was good, and they got everything handled quickly and professionally. What stood out most was their customer service and attention to detail. A lot of companies rush people through, but they made the experience easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing windshield or auto glass work in the Amarillo area.

I had a windshield issue with my RV and stopped at about 10 different shops in Arrow, but none of them could help. This was the only place that was able to get it done and at a really good price too. Big thanks to Lucas for the great service!

My vehicle was picked up from work, taken to the shop, had the windshield replaced, and returned to work before my shift ended. This was amazing customer service and quite convenient. The windshield looks great, and everyone interacted with was friendly and easy to work with. Overall this was a fantastic experience!

My sunroof busted during the last hailstorm. Glass was shattered and everywhere. I took it to the glass doctors and they immediately cleaned out the glass and taped it down while ordering a replacement sunroof. I could not be happier. They did it all within 6 days. Perfect job. They have earned a new customer for life now. It was pricey but done correctly. For that I am thankful for.
