Glass Doctor of Brighton, MI

Miss Hartman was great to work with great quality service. If I ever need class repair or anyone else needs it, I would highly recommend it. Great price thank you.Jim k.

I was extremely pleased with the staff who made it very easy. From the woman who took my call and set up my appointments to Frank who measured the glass, to the two installation guys, they all were friendly and did a great job. The entire process from my original call to get someone out until the installation might have been three weeks. Thank you

I was going to give these guys a bad review because the sales guy promised what couldn’t be delivered. However, with the exceptional service from the service tech named Wayne and his son, I was able to get my window fixed faster than expected. They made a point to ensure the mixup was resolved and they did a great job. We need more service techs like them in all industries! That’s what I call customer service.

Great and fast service, and reasonable pricing. I had a very positive experience - while many others wanted to replace our whole living room window, these guys helped us.

Chauncey came out to my work location to replace my windshield. He was prompt, friendly and courteous. He explained the time needed as well as aftercare for my vehicle. I would highly recommend and in fact I already referred my coworker who needs a windshield replacement as well.
