Cracked windshield, insurance wouldn't cover. I called several other replacement facilities for pricing, some were stupid expensive and some were a little cheaper but we decided on Glass Doctor because they use OEM replace the product and glue. We're happy with the speed in which they got here, the price, but mostly the service. It was outstanding.

(TAKEN DOWN 13 TIMES NOW) Thanks Shelly Update: I called them and Ron (owner) is refusing to give a refund or even try to work with me on anything. Says it's not his problem. Apparently customer service is non existent anymore or basic human decency for that matter. Shelly (who is also the one taking my reviews down) claims they did a great job on my truck and there were no issues with the work; even though she's at a different location and doesn't know anything. Then why was the truck leaking and having to be replaced again after the 2 times you guys touched it? What an absolute joke you guys are. I took my 2003 Silverado in for a broken windshield in the beginning of February. It was done quick but when I picked it up the windshield was cracked upon pickup. I told them about it and they paid to have a new windshield put in again since I didn't even leave the parking lot. The windshield was clearly sitting lower than before but whatever, it wasn't broken. After a rainy day I noticed the insurance and registration papers were a little damp. But I assumed it was just humidity or something. I didn't see any water anywhere. UNTIL... my brother went to move the truck after a really rainy night a week or so ago and water was leaking out of the truck from the drivers floor pan out onto the ground. I'm not taking it back to them and having them screw it up a 3rd time. So I took it to another shop. They couldn't get it to seal at all. So they pulled the windshield out and found a big cut in my roof where all the water was leaking in from. They fixed it the right way and resealed everything. The water has been sitting in the floor pan under the factory rubber mat and padding since end of February - beginning of March. The water was running down my A-pillar and kick panels and directly under the floor mat and padding. Which is why I never seen any water in the truck Now water has rusted my floors. Nick (the one who did the job twice and still screwed it up) is claiming he didn't cut the truck and didn't notice it THE 2 TIMES he had my windshield out. He is full of crap and trying to save himself and defend his shotty work. He had to clean up the pinch weld around the windshield right next to the cut. So, how would you not see that? PROBABLY because he did the damage and was trying to cover it up and if I took it back he would just cover it up again. They tried telling me the tools they have wouldn't do that damage. But, another worker was asked his opinion and he said "Yes they will if you're not paying attention and you go too high with it". Then Mary didn't agree with his opinion and quit asking his opinion, when he agreed with me. So I have to spend my time and money fixing someones screw up because they are childish and can't man up to their mistakes. I'm fairly reasonable. Mistakes happen but don't try making me look stupid and call me a liar to save yourself. Fix the issue YOU caused, don't put it on the customer that trusted you with their vehicle. Because who else is going to fix my rusting floor or my now moldy floor mat? (only rusted where the water was pooled up; passenger side is perfectly clean). I had that sill plate out when the truck was parked in the garage for the winter because the plastic was broken and I was trying to fix the plastic, however... my floor was NOT rotted, but now it is. It wasn't rotted because it was a rust free truck from Alabama when I got it a few years ago and it was hardly ever driven in the winters. According to him water won't do that being pooled up for months on metal. He even tried talking down to me and tried telling me how rust works and how it takes time to form. Good thing I've worked in multiple body shops and I know more about that subject then he does. Because rust happens quick and the only way to get rid of it is to cut it out. So, thanks Nick for costing me even more money to fix your screw up. Trust me, find a different glass shop.

I had a front window that had four panes of glass that had broken seals and they were fogged up in the winter time and I called Glass Doctor and one of employees named Josh came out and he gave me an estimate I also have older Anderson windows in the rest of the house and some of those had bad seals on the panes in the sashes and I asked if they could replace those also, Josh said yes we can replace those panes. Josh measured everything up gave me a quote that was super reasonable and so I decided to go with them. Josh was not high pressure at all. I paid a deposit to get the glass ordered. Within 2 weeks they called to schedule an installation date. Communication is excellent with the Glass doctor company. The day of installation they showed up when they said they would. Josh had another installer with him named Tom that helped complete my job in a very timely manner. I’m completely satisfied with the workmanship and the work ethic these 2 guys showed. In today’s world that’s hard to find. I would totally recommend the Glass Doctor company if you need any home window glass replaced. AAA+++

Got my vehicle in at the correct appointment time and was very good customer service. I fell asleep in the waiting area and was not disturbed till my vehicle was done. I will recommend this company to anyone needing glass replacements.
