Glass Doctor of Des Moines

I’ve worked with the Glass doctor for years professionally (I work in insurance) and there isn’t anywhere else I like to send my clients. Super friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and reasonable. Now for the first time I’ve had to use their services personally and I couldn’t be happier. That gnarly chip is hardly noticeable now! Thanks Glads Doctor DSM/Urbandale! You guys are great!

My auto insurance provider advised going here. My windshield had a rock chip which occurred going into July 4 weekend. They were closed Friday for the holiday so I was there when they opened on Monday and repair happened immediately. I paid out of pocket because of a higher deductible and was pleasantly surprised to learn they were 50% less than that national chain that advertises all the time. Also a fun-fact learned, most of the auto dealers in town use Glass Doctor, too. Highly recommend!!

Friendly, knowledgeable, precise, and thorough. Had windshield for my 41 year old car in stock for a great price, better than where the insurance company wants to send you.😉

Windshield replacement service was perfectly fine, no complaints, but their office experience was poor. Dead bugs and spiderwebs on all the windowsills and the floor, a film of grim on everything from the chairs to the floors to the door handles. I won't share details about the horrific state of the restroom. Also, the guy operating the phone had the ringer on maximum and it blasted out everyone's ears each time it rang (and I was not sitting close to the phone). Not a welcoming or comfortable environment for anyone waiting for their service.

They do such amazing work! I came in to get two rock chips filled and they had me in and out within 20 minutes. They are very knowledgeable and help you understand the process of the repairs. I highly recommend getting work done here!
