Glass Doctor of Eagle & Boise

It took us 3 years to realize you don’t have to call a window company to replace a bad seal in a window. We called probably 10 different window companies they all wanted to replace the whole window, frame and all. Finally someone suggested Glass Doctor just to replace the glass. Was a long process because of insurance company. Glass Doctor worked with insurance trying to expedite the process. ( LARGE RV windshield) One of the best companies I have ever encountered. Courteous and helpful. Would recommend because of their experience and genuine customer services.

We have always had great service from Glass Doctor. They are exceptional in service. When we scheduled an appointment the told us to come with a full tank of gasoline. The afternoon before the appointment they called to remind us of the appointment and need for a full tank of gas. We have a Ford Explorer and my husband asked for a windshield with the Explorer emblem. He told us that we would get the exact same windshield. Our daughter who also has an Explorer had he windshield replaced by another company and her new windshield did not have the logo.
