Glass Doctor of Hot Springs

Dawson is a Great American who genuinely cares about quality work and customer satisfaction. We are thrilled with his work and the time took to explain what he had done and how to care for our windows. We will definitely call Glass Doctor Hot Springs and Dawson for all our future glass needs.

Dawson is a wonderful man to work with! He has done a number of projects for us and they have all been completed well and cleanly. He takes great pride in his work and cares about his customers’ satisfaction. We will continue to ask for him specifically in the future!

Dawson replaced our vehicle glass and did a wonderful job. He worked to ensure the broken glass was cleaned up, cleaned our car panel, and got us back in business. He guaranteed his work and gave us clear instructions of how to best care for our new glass. He was very helpful and kind to leave us with glass cleaner after getting the broken pieces changed out.

I was very pleased with the products, and especially the service. Dalton went out of his way to provide good service and went beyond normal expectations to ensure that my home was taken care of. Contact ahead of installation was also very satisfactory, both calls and text messages. Great customer service!

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and the finished glass looks flawless. They treated our home with care and left everything spotless. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing quality glass work—you won’t be disappointed.
