Glass Doctor of Jackson

Very satisfied with the work performed on a double pane wood door. Honestly can't tell any repair work was ever done. Great work!

I’d like to say I’m impressed, but I’m not. Besides the mildly rude lady in the front desk, I brought a door in that had one broken piece of glass on the bottom and a quote of $130 However, my wife picked up the door and paid $250 or so and didn’t even look at the receipt. I’m not sure what happened to the glass panel on the top, but if they did replace it, I would’ve expected it to be better than this. I’m guessing they just charged me for a panel that they did not replace because if they did, they do really, really bad work

Not impressed. Did not even get to the quote stage! Online they promise a quote within two minutes and I needed one for a single pane replacement in my kitchen door. Didn't happen. I sent in the relevant information and just needed a ball park idea but I was told by Mitzi on the phone, that Glass Doctor doesn't provide quotes from the website as they advertised. I was told I needed to wait about 10 days before someone would show up and then give me a quote. So two minutes became 10 days. I figure if their promises online are similar to their quality of work I would rather go somewhere else.

Glass doctor did an excellent job installing my shower door..I love it

Everyone with Glass Doctor was very responsive and courteous. The technicians came out at their scheduled time and installed glass in two different exterior bay window frames within about two hours. We are extremely pleased.
