Great experience with Glass Doctor! I called this morning about a windshield replacement and had a new windshield early afternoon. Justin did a great job, explained the care for the new windshield, explained the warranty and let me know all the services they can provide, which is nice to know for future needs. I was impressed with the professionalism, ( from the phone call to inquire, to the job) the job itself and only got better because they came to my home at no extra charge! I love supporting small businesses like this. The cost to replace my windshield was significantly better than the larger companies I looked into, and the experience was just as impressive. The team was kind, helpful, and efficient—I was in and out in a little over an hour. What really stood out, though, was witnessing the owner go out of their way to support an older gentleman who was going through a difficult family situation. It was such a genuine, heartwarming moment and speaks volumes about the kind of people they are. I would absolutely recommend Glass Doctor of Knoxville to anyone needing auto or home glass repair.

I had work done around November 23 2025. The work that was done was definitely to my satisfaction. Being an over the road truck driver and owning my own semi truck it is hard to find any glass company that will work on them. Called these guys and they said come on in and we will take care of it. Sure enough when I got there two guys got right on it. They spoke, worked and did the job in a very professional manner. To my experience with how much it costs for work to be done on semi trucks, I feel it to be a very reasonable price. Thanks again guys and sorry for the late review.
