Glass Doctor of Lincoln

I was thoroughly impressed with the people and service at Glass Doctor. They were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I called, and were able to schedule my vehicle for prompt service. When I arrived for the appointment, I was immediately greeted with authentic smiles and hellos by three employees. It only took a little over an hour for my windshield to be replaced, and I waited in the lobby. While waiting, I couldn’t help but notice how consistently polite and professional everyone was, including the person who replaced the windshield and brought me my keys. The cost was extremely reasonable, too. I would very highly recommend Glass Doctor. It was refreshing to experience customer service done right.

Excellent service. my quarter size rock chip was filled in 30 minutes while I waited. The staff was very nice, and the office was neat and clean. Very reasonable price.

Repairing a rock chip doesn’t sound like a big deal, but it is. I had one repaired at another place that was SAFE and it was still VERY visible. It was like they did nothing. The Glass Doctor made it all but disappear and they call my insurance for me right there! Not only did they do a great job in a friendly manner they laughed at all of my jokes! That’s customer service!

Windshield replacement took about an hour and 20 minutes, I just waited in the waiting room. Everyone I met smiled and said hello to me. No one likes to have to pay for a windshield replacement, but glass doctor was the right choice for when I finally pulled the trigger.

Ron was amazing! We needed a new windshield but couldn’t afford it ourselves so he helped us file a claim with our insurance and we were able to get it taken care of. They also had the best warranty and price I could find in town. Everyone was great to us and the quality of work and product was superb. Thanks Glass Doctor s!
