Glass Doctor of Louisville

We were in town for a baseball tournament for my son. My window was busted out of my car at our hotel. I went to Glass Doctor and they filed with my insurance and fixed my window all within about an hour and a half! Super friendly people with fast, expert service! Highly recommend!

All I needed was one panel of single pane glass replaced that was broken by a tree limb that fell during a storm. The office was very helpful about scheduling, and making sure I had what I needed. Our installer, Jose, was fantastic. He fixed the broken pane, and identified another one that had been knocked loose, and fixed that too. He was fast, professional, and extremely friendly. I thought the price was reasonable, and I'm completely satisfied. I would definitely use Glass Doctor again!

I needed simple spring replacements for 3 windows, so the first guy that came out tall, big guy, came on the coldest, icey day of the year and his attitude was as cold as it was outside. He asked what brand of windows I have, I said, I do not know? Then a call from the office advising me the parts were ordered and appt. set for repair. The next call was to advise the wrong parts came in and would be in by the end of the week so another appt. set for following week. The gentlemen that came was night and day difference from the first guy. He was frustrated with the first guy who came because clearly he did not do his job correctly because he should of known exactly the correct parts needed by simply doing a thorough evaluation. So another delay while he returned to the office and had to place another order for the actual correct parts needed for the repairs. Finally the gentleman that came the final time was done in no time and was very apologetic for the unnecessary blunders. Personally I felt sorry for this guy who was competent who had to go behind this other dude and clean up his messes. The slack performance from the first technician was just so sloppy and unnecessary that leads to reviews like this one. My advice would be that this company takes a strong look at taking corrective measures with this employee who simply did not care.

Glass Doctor did a great job. My windows are difficult to access from outside and they had to come back for a second day with a longer ladder to remove some silicon at the edges. The windows now look perfect! I also saved money over replacing the glass instead of all seven windows. I am completely satisfied with their service and will use them again.

I just had my windshield replaced. John, the technician did an outstanding job. He was very thorough, professional, and personable. Even though it was 35 degrees, he took his time to remove existing adhesive to achieve a top notch job. Thanks again, John and Glass Doctor!
