We called Glass Dr and they came out and gave us an estimate, and within 3 weeks they was back and installed the windows. Very good company but the workers make the company look good. Thanks Jerry

Unprofessional and unfortunate. I rarely leave reviews but this was mind blowing and I want to warn others. The company used an AI chat to contact me through text once my information was received. Texting with this chatbot, I verify if the company does mobile, it says yes. I set a location and it confirms the location and says someone will contact me soon to confirm a time. A real person texts me and confirms a time. No mention of the location or the address for their shop. I assume they have all the info needed from the AI system. The day of, I get a no-show call from the office complaining that I missed the appointment, while I’m waiting for them to show up. They snap at me saying I confirmed the time. I explain everything, I have the screenshots of all the texts and communication. They then acknowledge I texted with the AI system (they saw it in my account) but take no responsibility for the false scheduling. They said the AI “gives inaccurate information sometimes” and blame me for not coming in, as if I’m supposed to know their scheduling system is wrong. If you aren’t going to monitor your AI system that texts customers to schedule, don’t use it. If you know you don’t offer mobile in Lubbock, don’t offer it. If you’re going to do all this over text, use your communication skills and be specific. They then threatened by stating I may not get my deductible back if I don’t use them since it was already scheduled, but I hadn’t even paid the deductible yet. State Farm had my back and moved the paperwork to another company. No apology from the office during or after all this. And of course, right after the call, the “AI bot” texted me an apology for not offering mobile in Lubbock. Just do better, y’all. Own it, take responsibility. Hire real people instead of using AI, and if you are a real person there, be professional in the office. Going to Magic Glass instead.

I highly recommend Glass Doctor. I would have given 5 stars; however, I had to wait several weeks for the installation. I understand why it took so long but it was a bit of a drag. Now, when the technicians came it was quick and when they returned it took almost no time to remove the old, damaged bay window and install the new one. I am so excited to be able to see out my window now! Thanks Glass Doctor.

NO STRESS….JUST SMILES!!! This is my first time doing business with “GlassDoctor”. I had talked to the receptionist the previous day of my new appointment because I had to cancel my original appointment. The previous day the receptionist was very understanding, respectful and accommodating about my situation. My in-person visit was met with a smile and a warm welcome. My interaction throughout my visit was attentive, knowledgeable and respectful. My repair took no time. Their work GREAT! I must say it was an unexpected delight dealing with Glass Doctor, considering how other businesses around town just consider you a Number. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GLASS DOCTOR. I myself will be a return customer if the need arises.

Edit 8/20 - unfortunately the part fell off within a week of 5/24. I will probably take it to Kia here soon. We just had a newborn so it wasn’t top priority. I’ll keep the five stars because they really tried. Edit 5/24 - I recommend glass doctor 10/10. They fixed our windshield and corrected the part that kept hanging off. Edit: 5/7 - To note the company has been extremely responsive in finding a resolution. I’m not happy. My husband took to get my windshield repaired. After the repair the sensor dashboard was hanging off. We took it back to get it back on and about 30-40 minutes they gave it back to us. Again it fell off. Not only that, you can see that they obviously tried to glue it. Which in my opinion is unacceptable. I got the tar like glue on my hands and I’m pregnant. I had to vigorously rub to get it off and there’s still stained. See pictures for reference.
