Glass Doctor of Nashville

This is a terrible company with awful ownership. We hired Glass Doctor to repair broken windows in the front of our home. I walked through the entire house with a tech and we placed blue painters tape on every window that needed to be repaired. They took 3 weeks to send us an initial quote and an additional two weeks to begin the work. They only fixed half of the windows that we discussed and then claimed that it was our fault for not noticing in the fine print that the scope of work was only for certain windows.... Who pays to have only half of their windows fixed? It is a scam shop and the owner takes zero responsibility for the quality of his work. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for window repair. S-C-A-M!!!!

We had a fantastic experience with Glass Doctor! They installed a new window in our living room, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Danny and Bethany were outstanding. She kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything was coordinated seamlessly. Exceptional customer service like hers is hard to find! Danny treated our home with care, answered all of our questions, and his attention to detail really showed in the finished work. It’s clear that he takes pride in what he does, and it made the entire experience stress-free. The new window looks amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the installation. If you’re looking for excellent service and true professionalism, I highly recommend Glass Doctor—and if you have the opportunity to work with Danny, you’re in great hands!

We were so pleased with our experience with Glass Doctor! Our Customer Service Rep, John, was so polite and helpful with us making our decision. Mike the tech was so great in doing the job he did and took care of us perfectly. Even put new windshield wipers on for us. Our experience with both gentlemen was outstanding and I would highly recommend them again! We will use them again. Their prices were reasonable and their work was excellent! Would highly recommend them to someone needing a windshield replacement and a rearview mirror replaced. We feel like we have a brand new car! Thank you John and Mike! I requested an estimate online and John called me within an hour of me submitting it. He asked me a few questions about the window I needed replaced in my home and gave me an estimate which was pretty close to the final cost. Shawn was out in a few days to get measurements and was very friendly. I then got a call from John with the quote and we moved forward with ordering the window. Shawn installed the window yesterday, and the longest part was me holding him up through conversation! It was an amazing experience from start to finish. John and Shawn were great to work with and I would 100% recommend Glass Doctor of Nashville. Thank you for the professionalism and friendliness, that is becoming harder to find these days!
