We had an urgent repair before we sold our house. Glass Doctors was there before they said they would to measure and replaced the window as soon as supplies came in. I highly recommend them. If we ever have another glass need we will be calling again!

Service with a smile, they got me in as quickly as possible others couldn’t do the work in 3 to 5 days. If you want Fast, friendly and professional service, Glass Doctor is the answer.

South 132nd Street location, omaha. Called em, got an estimate, set a date, dropped it off, was done in just over an hour and the price was what they quoted. The tech came out and talked to me about the work. Nice guy and the receptionist was awesome also. Highly recommend them. Five star service!

The glass doctor fixed the glass in my door that had been covered with wood for probably 25 years. The staff are the most professional and wonderful people. They made the process so easy. The quality of work was top-notch and they were very helpful and friendly. Kris to Mike wee both great And efficient.

They overcharged me and made a giant mess of my RV. I was deployed in a volunteer disaster relief camp in Omaha and needed my windshields re sealed in my RV as they were coming loose. They quoted me $1,000, so one would assume that's going to take care of it. Fast forward to the repair day. They applied about 1/2 of the sealant that was required but did not use primer so nothing stuck. My 3 year old niece could have laid a better caulk line. They left adhesive fingerprints and tracks all over the inside and outside of my RV and the entire repair failed on my 1,000 mile journey back home. Unacceptable from beginning to finish. They knew they had me over a barrel and took full advantage to their benefit. Thankfully the glass doctor franchise at home seems to have enough integrity to fix what these clowns wrecked. Buyer beware
