Ive looked at prior reviews and I can say its extremely accurate. Called around 2 weeks ago to have a glass replaced for a semi. They told me they would order through the manufacturer and give me call when the replacement arrived and set up an appointment. 2 weeks go by I call to get an eta on the glass and was told it was never ordered and they "meant to call and notify that they were unable to get the replacement" lack of communication now I've spent half my morning to find a rep

Glass Doctor is the expert in this area when it comes to glass replacement and repair, both auto and home glass. So knowledgeable of the repairs needed to replace glass in automobiles. I had my front windshield replaced, and the service was excellent. I've referred them to clients and they were very pleased with Glass Doctor's service as well.

Don't even waste your time! They couldn't even be bothered to return a call and the online appointment system was a complete joke. I called them 3 times, never got a return call from anyone. I went to Gamble Glass - best decision I ever made!

The prices/product are great but they cut into the rubber of my door to get a rain guard off. The first photo is how it was and the second photo is after I cleaned the glue.

I had originally set an appointment with another company to get my window fixed. Someone had vandalized my car. A coworker told me to look into glass doctor. I called for an appointment and the lady told me the estimate was $100 less than I would have paid for with the other company. They offered to come get the car for me while at work, but due to confusion of the employee parking lot, I rescheduled two days later and was probably one of the firsts to enter. There's an energetic lady at the front desk. I gave her my keys and had the waiting room to myself where I enjoyed the remote control at my convenience. Just a little con about the waiting room; it was freezing in there. There was a little vent I tried sitting in front of to keep warm, but that barely worked. The TV is also so 1990s, an ittty-bitty TV up in the top corner of the room. I was told the car would be ready in two hours, though they finished 30 minutes early. It's been about a week and some days and the window is fine. It cost exactly what the lady told me it would be.
