Glass Doctor of Southwest Florida

I highly recommend Glass Doctor! My initial call about scheduling was fast, friendly and informative, and the text updates were helpful. Cody arrived promptly for the estimate and repair, and he did a fantastic job with our window repair. I am very pleased!

After a cracked windshield on my RAM 1500, I contacted my insurance company and quickly realized it wasn’t clear whether I would be getting an OEM replacement. With today’s vehicles—especially those with advanced safety systems and camera calibration built into the windshield—it was important to me that everything was done correctly with the right part, not a generic substitute. While calling around, I came across Chris, the owner of PRO Auto Glass and Calibration (PRO AGC). From the first conversation he was straightforward and reassuring, saying, “I got you,” and he meant it. He handled communication directly with my insurance company and made sure the correct OEM windshield was approved and installed. In the end, I now have a new windshield with the Ram logo, and all safety features and camera systems work exactly as they did before. The process was smooth, professional, and handled completely without stress on my end. Highly recommend.

Glass Doctor has excellent personnel that measured our shower for a glass panel and they measured perfectly!!! The installation crew were equally excellent, they were respectful to make sure they put floor covers down, rechecked measurements, and did a phenomenal installation. They drilled holes perfectly for the clamps holding the glass panel. The only reason I gave a 4 star is from my personal experience due to their lack of communication after placing my order. I had to follow up with them several times to obtain an answer to an installation date.

We have used Glass Doctor multiple times. This time was for shower doors on a remodeled bath room. The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable, and always ontime. The technicians are very experienced and leave the work area as clean as when they arrived. They stand by all their work and from start to finish they create a pleasant experience. We will continue to use Glass Doctor for all our upcoming projects. I recommend you give them a try. You will be pleased you did.

We had a great experience with Glass Doctor in Naples. We ordered a custom size piece of glass for a desk top. They were able to custom cut the size we needed with finely polished edges. They had multiple options available for glass type and edge types. They also offer a lot of other glass related services like showers, mirrors, windows, windshields, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely work with them again for any glass needs I have.
