Very pleased with Glass Doctor of Southwest Idaho. 1.) Price was compatible with other companies, but offered more perks after the installation ... a one year guarantee. 2.) Cost was exactly the price I was quoted (plus tax of course), no up charging of services or products 3.) Friendly, knowledgeable office staff that fit me into their calendar the time frame I requested. 4.) The tech, Jose, came to my house (at no extra charge) within the specific time slot. He was friendly, knowledgeable, also worked swiftly to replace my windshield of my car. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Jose was awesome. I saw him working on one of the company vehicles at work and asked him if he had time to fix a rock chip on my personal. He was more than happy to do it last minute and did great work. Excellent service! I would highly recommend!

I had a chip in my windshield and called my insurance. The leading glass company was not available for weeks. I saw The Glass Doctor on my way into town. I asked my insurance if they could contract them which they did. I called and spoke to a very nice lady who said they were booked but to avoid further cracking and needing replacement, she squeezed me in first thing the next morning. AMAZING! Jose called at 10:00 AM and with a great attitude and enthusiasm he said I will be there in 20 minutes. She came as promised, super positive, professional and courteous got the job done quickly and went over the repairs with me. Do’ and dont’s. I could not be more impressed. Glass Doctor put oem windshield glass in my 2013 F150. Quick and easy process. The technician was friendly, accommodating and very efficient. I assume the price was reasonable, i have $0 deductible glass insurance so no additional cost to me.

Y’all, I have used this company for auto glass for literally 20 years. Today I had them replace windows in my home. GREAT service, great price, the work was done professionally and the cleanup was perfect. The technician was so wonderful and courteous. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
