Glass Doctor of the Front Range

I chose Glass Doctor for a windshield replacement because they are a smaller local company, have great reviews, and offer a generous warranty. They were able to get me in quickly, the work was completed promptly, and the customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, the quality of the installation itself was disappointing. I now have permanent scratches in the paint around the windshield, exposed adhesive and glue residue on the exterior, and exposed foam visible around the windshield on the interior of my car. While I appreciated the scheduling process and customer service, the workmanship was sloppy and left my vehicle damaged. Because of how my car was treated, I will be choosing a different company for my next windshield replacement. Update: I was contacted by the owner, who offered an acceptable solution, although I ultimately decided not to move forward with it. I admittedly did not bring my concerns to them or give them an opportunity to rectify the situation before posting my original review. Their customer service is superb, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and the services they provide. Taking everything into account, I’ve changed my mind and would consider using them again in the future. I now feel confident that even if something goes wrong with the work, they will make a genuine effort to find a solution and rectify the issue.

Glass Doctor in Fort Collins was awesome! If you're reading this, they're likely your best choice. They replaced a windshield in my Tundra this morning, and everything went perfectly. Faster than estimated, OEM quality glass, calibration was done and tested on site, and my truck came back with the interior clean and vacuumed. Comfy waiting room, friendly staff, everything about the quick transaction exceeded my expectations. Deal with confidence.

Fast, high quality, and affordable service. My sunroof shattered and I was quoted over $1500 from two other places with 2/3 of that being labor costs. I was also told by other shops that the repair would take 11+ hours. Glass Doctor of the Front Range was able to order my glass and get it replaced just a couple days later. The repair took less than 2 hours and I ended up paying less than I was initially quoted for, which was already less than half the price that other shops quoted me. Very friendly service, they answered all of my questions, and gave me complimentary glass cleaner and windshield patches- even though I came in for my sunroof. I cannot thank these guys or recommend this shop enough!!
