Glass Doctor of Toledo

Top of the line service. Not only did I get a new windshield installed and programmed in record time, my car looked and felt like I just drove it off the showroom floor. It came out cleaner than when I took it in! No hassles with the Insurance claim either.

Portage Township residential home - First time Glass doctor customer. Dustin, Jarred, and Corey just finished caulking all of our windows, and repairing two windows. Their skill levels are outstanding! For anyone who has ever caulked windows, you know it is a talent to caulk well. These guys are artist with caulk. And Dustin is excellent with customers! We feel very confident that we had the best company and team in NW Ohio do our windows project. And we feel very confident that our windows are better than ever. Outstanding! Highly recommend.

I had to have a driver window replaced on my truck that was an insurance claim on someone else's policy. My experience was that they got the job done quickly and at a better cost quote than the local competitors. But what impressed me the most was the customer service I received from Trilby at the main counter in Maumee. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the best), she would rank an 11+. Her care, follow-up and customer service was fantastic! Being in customer service all my life, she exceeded far beyond most anyone I have encountered in years! I will defiantly use Glass Doctor again when the needs on my home or autos arise! Great job Trilby!

We recently had the windshield replaced on our dump truck at Glass Doctor of Toledo in Maumee, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. If you are looking for commercial vehicle windshield replacement or heavy duty truck glass repair in the Toledo area, this is the place to go. Their communication was excellent. They were quick to schedule our appointment and kept us informed throughout the process. Drop off was simple and hassle free, which is important when you are running a business and need your truck back on the road fast. The team had our dump truck windshield replaced and ready to go before noon. That kind of turnaround time makes a huge difference for a working vehicle. All of the employees were kind, courteous, and professional. We highly recommend Glass Doctor of Toledo in Maumee for anyone needing auto glass repair, truck windshield replacement, or commercial fleet glass service. Great experience all around.

Glass doctor turned a terrible day around for me. I was putting decorations away the day after Christmas when I heard a boom in my living room. Something fell and hit the glass in my antique China cabinet and shattered it. I was just sick. My husband called Glass Doctor They came out that same day and replaced the glass. No harm no fuss and it wasn’t out of hand in terms of price. It was totally reasonable. Their whole demeanor was of positivity and kindness. I couldn’t say enough, good things about them.
