Their team is super polite and helpful! I called them about fixing a back window on my truck and they were able to get me in same day! They were fast, friendly and very reasonable priced. They even helped remove stickers for me. 100% amazing experience! This was my third time going to them for work the other two times 5 star exp as well! Thanks again Glass Doctor!

I took my Jeep Cherokee to Warsaw’s Glass Doctor today and they were WONDERFUL! Not only had they squeezed me in to accommodate my travel schedule, but the work was done in less time than they predicted, but they also swept out the car, which was a blessing since the weather is so cold and I couldn’t do it myself. I love using a local company.

I had a damaged spot on my windshield "repaired" a few months ago. Right away I reached out to Glass Doctor and let them know the windshield did not look fully repaired. There response was that was how it was supposed to look and the windshield was structurally sound. A few days the windshield cracked originating from the original damage around 2 feet across. I reached back out to Glass Doctor and the response was there was always a chance of it cracking from the original damage. The only "fix" they offered was to credit the cost of the repair for replacement which would cost almost $500.

Outstanding experience!! I had my windshield replaced. Not only it took only a couple days for the appointment, but also the shop contact helped me follow up with the insurance, proactively , since the insurance was taking its time to approve it. Extremely nice customer service, super polite mechanics, did a wonderful job. Best service ever. I recommend it without a doubt!

I recently purchased a car that had a chip in the windshield. Dealer said it had already been repaired but, with a big road trip and winter coming up, you can never be too careful. I called Thursday morning to see if they had room for me the same day and it worked out perfectly! The location was easy to find, and there were plenty of open parking spaces. Customer service was fantastic! The office is decent and straight forward. Super friendly folks who know what they're doing. Highly recommended!
