Glow Auto Glass

I needed the windshield replaced on my Subaru Outback after it was damaged by a rock. I specifically wanted to support a small, independent business and found Glow Auto Glass through Google. I’m so glad I did! The owner was incredibly friendly, communication and scheduling were easy, and he took the time to explain everything to me, including the EyeSight recalibration. The windshield came out great, the price was very reasonable, and it even comes with a lifetime guarantee. He’s building his business and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Glow Auto Glass!

I highly recommend Glow Auto Glass for windshield and glass repair! Their pricing was right in line with the quote I got from Safelite, but the customer service here blew me away. When some local road blocks caused my GPS to get confused, they actually called me and stayed on the line to guide me directly to the building. I decided to wait at their shop during the replacement, and it was a 10/10 waiting room experience. The space is spotless, non-sketchy, and packed with an impressive variety of free snacks. They have a Samsung Smart TV, so I watched a couple of movies and had a genuinely good time while waiting. Ali was fantastic! He checked on me every hour to see if I needed anything, and he was incredibly polite and apologetic when the service ran slightly over the estimated time (which didn't bother me at all since I was so comfortable). This local business earned every bit of this 5 star review. Skip the giant corporations and give them your business!

The customer service was great and the guys were quick. They changed my Porsche rear glass.

Big thanks for the fast scheduling and quick replacement of my Tesla windshield. The entire process was smooth and professional. Special thanks to Mr. Ali who helped me calibrate the Tesla camera system after the windshield replacement. Very clean workplace and excellent customer service.

My insurance recommended Glow Auto Glass for a windshield replacement and recalibration, and they did an excellent job. The service was professional, fast, and the quality of the work was great. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy from start to finish. I definitely recommend Glow Auto Glass to anyone needing auto glass replacement or recalibration.
