Granite State Glass

Granite State glass is awesome. They fixed my windshield recalibrated my self driving capacities and made the car smell great.

I had my windshield replaced and the two people that came out to my house did a superb job they told me it be a hour it wasn’t even a half hour definitely would be using them again super easy and friendly people

I had a chip repaired in the shop. Scheduling was easy, and the service itself was quick. However, when finished, the repairman began talking with one of the female cashiers at the counter. It was very obvious they were discussing me and my repair—both of them looked directly at me while talking and I clearly heard the conversation. The cashier then attempted to hide behind the counter while continuing the conversation. The repairman looked straight at me, smirked, and said, “Yeah, probably.” If you’re going to speak poorly about a customer, at the very least don’t do it directly in front of them. Attempting to hide while continuing the conversation made it even more unprofessional. This is basic customer service and business etiquette.

Just finished installing some large screens assembled by GSG for a screened porch. The screens look great, and they were built exactly to my measurements. Got a lot of up front friendly advice from Jim Keefe, the manager, which went a long way. My customer loved them, as well. Thanks for making us look great!

This is the second time I have had my windshield replaced. Granite State Glass did a great job. No squeaks and they even put all the stickers back on; it looks like it was never touched. Really nice office staff. However, a part of my car was damaged and the company did not want to take responsibility for it, as it is "not normally something they would touch in a windshield replacement" and the technician made a note in the work order that it was that way when he went to get the car from the lot. It is a large part which obstructs a significant part of the view out the windshield so I absolutely would have noticed this if that were the case. I did not receive a call to inform me of this and no one other than the technician can confirm that I dropped off my car like that. Also, if it was really like that when I left it why was it put back so I didn't notice it right away?? Unfortunately I think the tech is lying. They have agreed to pay half the cost, which was $380. Lesson learned--when I drop off my car for any sort of service I need to take pictures of its condition as I left it, inside and out. I would still recommend them, with the caveat that you should do the same.
